Recycle for Bungaree!
Bungaree has been registered as a participant for the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme. We are currently looking for donations of bottles and cans to go towards fundraising for new junior equipment!
If you have any to donate you can simply select the Bungaree Football and Netball Club campaign on the CDS VIC West App on your phone and scan your barcode whilst depositing the containers at the machine.
We have set a target of $500 to reach by the years end and would need our community’s generous donation of 5,000 cans to reach this goal!
Instructions to Donate:
1. Download the CDS Vic West App
2. Select ‘Charities’ and Search for the Bungaree Football & Netball Club
3. Select our Junior Equipment Fundraiser
4. Click ‘Set as Payout’
5. Click it again & your done
Once your account is set up, at the machines you simply need to:
1. Scan barcode on mobile app
2. Put eligible containers in the machine
3. Press ‘Transfer’
You will also notice specially marked bins around the Bungaree Recreation Reserve on game day, as well as at training, functions and other events. Please place all eligible bottles and cans into these bins, the proceeds from these bins also go towards the club and as an added bonus decreases our environmental impact!
